It's Azrael! Yaaaaay~

I'm so glad that I'm getting some of the idiot 90's anime influence out of my style. (I'm sure there's some still there, but it's just better used.)

I really can't say too much about him, aside from the fact that Azrael runs the 'Human Resources' department in the underworld (rimshot) and is Toshi's BFF.

He goes missing about a month before the beginning of Project: Demonhunter, and Toshi is forced to take his duties along with her own.
